The text, photos, and voice you make every day are free feed for someone's model. Flipping the switches off won't seal every gap, but it makes feeding you more expensive.

   Socials: open settings and search “AI,” “training,” “personalization,” then turn off every option that lets them train on your content — including DMs and drafts.

2. 2

   Browser & OS: switch off “help us improve” data sharing, and note that system-level AI assistants often read your screen and clipboard by default.

3. 3

   Public work: state it plainly in your bio or footer — “not licensed for AI training.” It may not stop them legally, but the statement is evidence in itself.
